Through Worldrobe only the data that is needed to allow the user online access to the corresponding store is collected, thereby allowing the purchase agreement to be entered into with such store. In particular, the following information is collected: last name, first name, mailing address and credit card number.

This data is directly recorded on your device and is sent to the corresponding online store for the purposes related to completing the order.

For the purposes of executing the purchase agreement through Worldrobe, the information requested from you may be directly processed by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP (whenever it is also the controller of the corresponding online store) or sent to third parties (independent controllers) with whom the purchase agreement is to be entered in each instance; in that case, the data is always processed for the purpose of performing contractual and/or pre-contractual obligations that the third party assumes in regards to you, or to carry out specific requests from you.   2. Completion of the procedure for purchasing the product selected by sending data to the corresponding store.
